Planning Center and SongSelect

Bring in the service plan and the songs your church already keeps elsewhere.

Planning Center Online

Aria imports an upcoming service plan from Planning Center and turns it into Aria sections and slides.

  1. In Planning Center, create a personal access token: an Application ID and a Secret.
  2. Open the integrations panel in Aria and enter both.
  3. Choose the upcoming plan and import it.
Your Planning Center credentials are stored on your own computer. The request to Planning Center is made by Aria's own service rather than by the browser, because Planning Center refuses direct browser calls.

CCLI SongSelect

Search SongSelect and import a song straight into your library, with its CCLI details attached so reporting stays correct.

  1. You need your church's own SongSelect subscription. Aria does not include one.
  2. Open the CCLI tab in the songs area and sign in to SongSelect.
  3. Search for the song and import it.
