Account, plans and billing
What each plan includes, and how the allowances work.
The plans
| Plan | Each month | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Nothing, permanently | Everything that runs on your own computer: scripture, all 28 Bibles, song slides, captions, translation, every screen. |
| Pro | $20 | Aria listens to the service, writes the sermon notes, and generates 100 images. |
| Max | $35 | The same, with the largest listening allowance and 250 images. |
A new church starts on a trial with the full feature set, so you can run a real service before deciding.
Listening allowances
Listening is the part that costs us money, so it is the part that is measured. Silence is not counted, and neither is the presentation side. A plan's allowance covers several services a month; Aria warns you on screen as it runs low rather than stopping without explanation.
Where the account lives
Everything below is in Settings, in the account area.
- View plans — what each one includes, side by side.
- Manage billing — opens your billing page, where the card and the invoices live.
- Sign out of this computer — leaves the church account intact and signs out this machine only.
Changing or cancelling
Both are on the billing page. Cancelling leaves the free local suite working: scripture, all 28 Bibles, song slides, captions, translation and every screen keep running. You lose the listening, the sermon notes and new generated artwork; images already in your library stay.
Running more than one church on one computer
Aria pins a church's files when it starts, so signing in as a different church takes effect when Aria restarts rather than mid-session. Aria says so on screen when it applies, rather than quietly showing one church's library under another church's name.
Deleting your account
Also in the account area. It removes the church's record and cancels any subscription. It cannot be undone.
